Как видите, в том числе и беднейшие страны оказали экстренную помощь, и она была принята, потому что это не обывательский бред, а реальная экономика, сиречь управление ограниченными ресурсами. При всем богатстве любой из стран, у нее может и не быть в запасе необходимого количества лекарств, скоростных насосов или военных палаток, даже если у нее 10 раз есть деньги на все это. А деньги, которые есть сегодня и сейчас, не заменят собой немецкий хохдрюкенпумп, поэтому единственный выход - принять его от Германии, раз в их МЧСе он есть. Но, как видим, и деньги были приняты, потому что даже у самой богатой страны свободных денег нет, и не должно быть - они работают. И это нормально - помогать всем миром.
